I am a proven leader who is seeking to expand my experience as a school administrator and/or classroom teacher. I have spent five years at Caslan School, a rural K-8 public school that serves the Buffalo Lake Métis Settlement. Using a relational approach with my staff team and students, I build off the strengths of those I work with. I bring a creative spirit to teaching that enables all learners to find success. Dedicated to lifelong learning, my extensive professional development has focused on individual, school and district goals in leadership, literacy, achievement, assessment, instructional strategies, school environment, First Nations, Métis and Inuit (FNMI) success, and technology.
